Music festivals
Welcome fans, run a photo moment, or help guests discover a new product.
A brand ambassador—or BA—is the friendly, outgoing person who brings a brand to life at festivals, games, concerts, pop-ups, and more.
You might welcome guests, run a game, take photos, sample a product, or help someone join an activity. It is social, flexible work in the middle of the action.

What you could do
Think Coachella, Formula 1, a Billie Eilish pop-up shop—or a great local launch in your own city. Brand ambassadors are the people who make those experiences feel welcoming, easy, and fun.

Interactive experiences that invite people to jump in, play, and remember the brand.
Welcome fans, run a photo moment, or help guests discover a new product.
Bring the energy to fan zones, race weekends, and major game-day activations.
Help bring a celebrity collaboration, new product, or immersive experience to life.
Share products, demonstrate what they do, and give shoppers a memorable introduction.
Who can become a BA?
You do not need a promotional résumé or thousands of followers. If you are positive, dependable, comfortable meeting people, and ready to be part of a team, there could be a place for you.
You enjoy making people feel welcome.
You show up ready and follow through.
You are comfortable starting a conversation.
You help create a great experience together.
How it works
There is no job board to refresh all day. Give agencies a clear picture of who you are, then stay open to the right match.
Tell us about you, where you are, and the kinds of experiences you would enjoy. No previous BA work required.
Staffing agencies search for people who match the profile and location of an upcoming event.
If the agency feels you are a fit, they reach out with the opportunity and details. You decide what works for you.
Questions, answered
No. Almost anyone can become a brand ambassador, and you do not need a big social following. A positive attitude, team spirit, dependability, and confidence speaking with the public matter most.
Pay depends on the event, role, agency, and location. In the United States, many brand ambassador roles pay approximately $30–$35 per hour, while specialized and leadership roles may pay more. The hiring agency will confirm the rate for each opportunity.
Not at all. Events take place in large and small cities around the world. Some ambassadors also choose to travel and work across different markets in the United States and Canada.
Your profile becomes discoverable to approved staffing agencies. If your location and profile match an upcoming campaign, an agency can contact you directly. Creating a profile does not guarantee a booking, and you are always free to decide whether an opportunity is right for you.
Access is limited to selected, vetted staffing agencies using the database to find talent for relevant opportunities.
