Terms of Use
Production note: these starter terms require review by Canadian counsel and completion of the operator's legal name, address, governing law, and contact information.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Platform role
The BA Database helps ambassadors and staffing agencies discover one another. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not the employer, staffing agency, or representative of either party and does not guarantee work, candidates, compensation, or outcomes.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the service a limited licence to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service according to your settings. You must have the rights to upload that content.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape profiles, misuse contact information, discriminate unlawfully, impersonate others, upload malicious or unlawful material, bypass access controls, or use data outside legitimate staffing and opportunity workflows.
Safety and opportunities
Users must independently evaluate opportunities and counterparties. Agencies are responsible for lawful recruiting, employment, payment, workplace safety, and required permits or insurance.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close accounts for violations, fraud, safety concerns, legal requirements, or risk to the service or its users. You may request account closure subject to legitimate retention requirements.
